Emergencies
EHS is not an emergency service. We train and coordinate with emergency services, but we are not a means to receive emergency services. Never leave a request for emergency assistance as an email or voicemail message. These may not be received immediately.
For emergencies please call 911 or 865-974-3111 (UT Police).
Urgent Needs, Reporting Hazards, Requesting Assistance
- Contact us EHS at 865-974-5084 (main office) or the 24hr On-Call 865-974-9586
- If there is no answer and you need immediate assistance please contact the Director and Safety Officer Sandra Prior at 757-876-5386 (cell).
- Alternatively, submit your request through “LiveSafe App – Report Other Issue – Lab Safety” (it does not have to be a lab issue to use this method)
